In some instances clients may request sessions outside of the therapy room. The fees for these services will be agreed prior to the session.
TERMS
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are payable in full. First appointments are only confirmed if the full session fee has been received by BACS within 24 hours of booking. Subsequent sessions are payable by BACS 48 hours before the date and time of the session.
HEALTH INSURANCE
In addition to self-funding individuals, I also treat those with health insurance and am an approved provider for most of the leading health insurance companies including Aetna, Allianz, April UK, AXA, Aviva, Bupa, Bupa International, Cigna, Exeter Family Friendly, Healix, PruHealth / Vitality Health, Simplyhealth and WPA. If your provider is not listed, please contact me. Please note that fees for health insurance providers differ from those for self-funding individuals.
